Reserve a Location Outlook

  Reserve a Location Outlook Client

  •      Open Outlook
  •      Click Calendar icon

a.      

  •      Click New Meeting
  •      Add a title, and required/optional attendees

a.      

  •       Set a start and end date for the meeting
  •       Click in the Location field then click Room Finder

 

b.       Type OCS.Rooms in the Building Field and a list of available locations will appear

c.      

d.       double click the location to add it to the location field

  •       Click Send to send the meeting to be approved by the appropriate approver. Once approved the meeting will appear on your calendar, and you will receive a confirmation email.

 

 

 

 Reserve a location Outlook Web

1.       Navigate to outlook.k12.de.us

2.       Click Calendar icon on the left hand side

a.      

3.       Click New event

4.       Fill in Title, attendees, and event time

5.       Click Search for a room or location and then select Browse with Room Finder

a.      

b.       Type in OCS.Rooms in the Building field and you will receive a list of available locations

c.      

6.       Double click the desired location

7.       Click Save. The meeting will then be sent to be approved by the appropriate approver. Once approved the meeting will appear on your calendar, and you will receive a confirmation email
