Odyssey Charter Student email and Google Login

Odyssey Charter has setup an email address for your child to use to communicate and receive educational instruction during this time of home social distancing. 

Odyssey Charter uses a State of Delaware provided email system. The system is Office 365 from Microsoft.

The students email address is their first name. last name@students.odyssey.k12.de.us  Your email address is also your login for access to Google Drive for Education

Your first password is:     @password1      Please note it is Case sensitive.  (If you have already been using your student email account then your password remains the same as it was, we have not reset it, the above password is only for students who have newly been created)

You can login to your email account at the following webpage:  http://outlook.k12.de.us

To access your Google drive please login at: https://www.google.com/    with your school email account and password.

The first time you try to login to either webpage, to will be directed to reset your password to something personal.  Please follow the prompts to once again enter the @password1 password, followed by a new password and a password confirmation.  It will then ask you to login using the new password again before moving to the next screen. If you logged into the webmail login page Microsoft may ask you to set your time zone for the account, please select EST (Eastern Standard Time NY).

Please follow the password requirements below,

Password Rules

·       The password is case-sensitive

·       The password must contain uppercase letters and lowercase letters

·       The password must contain at least one number

·       The password must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/

Password Restrictions

·       The password must be between 7 and 14 characters long

·       The password can’t be a previously used password

·       The password can't contain any of the following items:

·       Spaces

·       Non-English characters

The account name as part of the e-mail address. For example, if the e-mail address is jdoe@odyssey.k12.de.us, the password cannot contain jdoe. This restriction is not case-sensitive. Therefore, Jdoe or JDOE cannot be used in the password for jdoe@odssey.k12.de.us.
